Czech partner present PipelineJosef Polcer had a chance to tell an international public about the Czech involvement in the Pipeline Project. Josef, which is working at the partner prison, was happy to explain that it is the Czech hope that Pipeline will be installed in the computers that were in the class room.  Pipeline pioneer Mr. Josef Polcer is standing left.
The international audience was taking part in a conference for European Prison Education Administrators held in the Czech Republic in October 2006
