PIPELINE VERY GOOD

The European Commission, Socrates Lifelong Learning Programme, has finished the evaluation of the Pipeline Project with the grade "Very Good".

Pipeline was even evaluated as being Excellent in some of the important areas of the evaluation.

Pipeline has running installations in some countries and is serving prisoners with a Learning Platform and a limited Internet Access.

Project coordinator Andreas Lund from the University in Oslo expresses his thankfulness to all partners and prisons that helped making the project a success.

All partners are happy to share the experience from the project with the public. The European Prison Education Association (Link) serves as an ambassador for the project.

Pipeline presented

The Pipeline Project was presented at the conferencen for administrators of Prison Education held in September 2009.

The Pipeline veteran Bent Dahle-Hansen presented the project.

The conference was attended by app. 50 delegates.

Pipeline veteran Bent Dahle-Hansen from Norway spoke about the Pipeline project at the Nordic Prison Education Conference in Tromsø at May 24 2008, under the theme "ICT in the Nordic Countries".

155 delegrates listened to Bent Dahle-Hansen speak about the project.
